Aquaholic Gifts takes reasonable steps to protect personal data from misuse, interference, loss, and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

- Access controls limiting who can view personal data internally

- Staff training on privacy obligations under the PDPA
In the event of a data breach likely to cause significant harm, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) and affected individuals as required by the PDPA.
