The standard full-size tile (30 × 22 × 17 mm) is the format you find in a conventional mahjong set, sized for adult play on a standard table. Sublimation on tiles. Full-face wraparound, gradient-tolerant, richest on light-coloured and translucent tiles. The method of choice when artwork spans the tile array.
Foil stamping, debossing, or brass plates on the case. The three case-lid finishes that fix the overall perceived quality of the set. Foil stamping for metallic logos on lacquered wood and PU leather. Debossing for tonal, understated treatment on leather and linen. Brass plates on solid hardwood.

Chinese New Year is the peak season for Customised Mahjong gifting in Singapore. The lead-time maths has to be planned backwards from the distribution date — usually 1–2 weeks before CNY itself to allow time for handwritten cards, courier distribution, and top-tier client hand-delivery.

Preparing your artwork to our pre-press standard collapses the sample-approval round-trip from 10 days to 4. We accept the following file formats:
No artwork yet? Our in-house design team creates logos, layouts, and commemorative-tile designs from scratch as part of the commission — sketch us the idea, and we will return a digital mock-up within two working days.
Send us your brief. WhatsApp, call, or email the occasion, volume, and any brand palette or logo files you already have. We come back with a recommended spec and a line-item quote within one working day.
Confirm the spec and artwork. Once the quote is signed off, our design team prepares tile artwork, case artwork, and any commemorative-tile designs. Digital proofs issued for sign-off.
Physical sample sign-off. On commissions above 200 units, a pre-production sample is produced and sent to you for approval before the full run. Sample cost is refunded against the production order.
Production. Tile moulding and curing, tile printing or engraving, case finishing and assembly, quality control and packaging — 30 working days onwards from artwork approval.
Delivery. Singapore-wide single-address, multi-address drop-ship to recipient lists, or international shipping. Individual gift-boxing, handwritten cards, and hand-delivery concierge available on request.
